- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, ordering, and checkout.
- Medical Information: You are responsible for providing accurate medical and insurance information. We are not responsible for claim denials or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- Prescription Requirement: Many DME items require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. It is illegal to order prescription medical equipment without one.
- Proper Use: You agree to use equipment only for its intended medical purpose and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

5. Orders, Payment, and Billing
- Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

- Self-Pay: Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise approved in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping dates are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our control.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns, Warranty, and Repairs
- Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final unless required by law. Exceptions may apply for defective or incorrect items.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer.

shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeon Medical from claims arising out
of your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of
California.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes
